Yuma RV park monthly rates, winter 2026–27
Almost no Yuma park publishes its winter monthly rate online, and the big listing sites only track nightly prices. So we ask every park the same three questions — the January 2027 monthly rate, the best November–March seasonal package, and whether electricity is included or metered — and publish the answers here with the date we confirmed them. Each park's own page now breaks its pricing into nightly, weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual tiers, with an effective-monthly conversion and an electricity flag on every tier.

Monthly figures are the peak-winter rate (≈January); electricity is often metered on top. Rates are a comparison starting point — always confirm price, utilities, and availability with the park before booking.

What a Yuma monthly rate usually covers
Most parks quote a monthly space rate that includes water, sewer, trash, and often cable or Wi-Fi — with electricity metered separately. In winter, expect $75–150 a month in electricity depending on heating habits. Seasonal packages (typically November through March) knock the effective monthly rate down 10–25% versus month-to-month, and full-season spots at the popular parks are reserved by early fall. Watch the tier trap: several parks include electricity on daily and weekly stays but bill it separately on monthly and annual — the per-park tier grids flag this on every page.

Central Yuma parks put you closest to daily life: Old Town and the riverfront, the medical corridor, big-box shopping, and the quick run down to Los Algodones for dental and pharmacy trips.
