Compare winter rates, side by side
Verification in progress: 16 of the 26 rates shown are verified for 2026–27 so far (15 of them Yuma-area). The rest are estimates from park websites and regional averages, clearly marked. Pick a stay length to compare nightly, weekly, monthly, seasonal or annual pricing — the "Includes" line and the electricity flag show what each rate covers, because several parks include electric on short stays but bill it monthly. Each verified rate carries the date we confirmed it. Rates are a comparison starting point — availability changes and full-season sites can sell out, so always confirm price, utilities, and availability with the park before booking. Nightly/weekly/annual tiers appear as we verify them park by park — parks without a confirmed rate at your stay length show "call for rate" and sort last. Multi-month and full-season package discounts show on the monthly rate and each park's page.

Common questions
Why don't parks just publish these rates online?
Habit, mostly — many snowbird parks are small, long-established operations that fill by phone, word of mouth, and returning guests. Monthly and seasonal pricing also shifts with demand and length of stay, so offices prefer to quote it directly. That's exactly the gap this site closes.
What does "verified" mean here?
A verified rate came directly from the park — by phone, email, in person, or from their printed rate card — for the season shown, and carries the date we confirmed it. Estimates come from park websites or regional averages and are labeled as such until we reach the office.
Are you affiliated with any of these parks?
No. We're an independent, reader-supported project. Parks don't pay to be listed, and payment never affects a rate or a ranking.
Rates look different when I call — why?
Rates change through the season and often depend on length of stay, rig size, and party size. Treat our numbers as your starting point for comparison, and always confirm the final price with the park before booking.
